Interim Recruiter

Overview The Interim Recruiter will support high-volume, project-based hiring for a large construction initiative, with a primary focus on roles supporting operations in Midwest regions. This consultant will manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple technical and leadership positions, leveraging national sourcing strategies to attract top talent. The role requires a hands-on recruiter who can jump in quickly, manage priorities, and drive results in a fast-moving environment. Worksite Location: Hybrid — South Metro area, MN Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40-$50, DOE Benefits: Versique benefits include medical, dental, vision, accident/critical illness insurance, MN ESST, MN PFML, and a 401(k) with company match.
