Job Description You'll be the final checkpoint before our products hit the field—testing, troubleshooting, and making sure everything performs to perfection. Set up and run functional tests on precision bellows, assemblies, and finished parts Read technical drawings and work instructions like a pro Use mechanical tools and test equipment to ensure parts meet specifications Identify and work to correct issues Keep quality and productivity at the forefront of everything Use basic computer systems for data entry and job tracking Support your team—train others, share knowledge, and raise the bar Qualifications What You Bring: Strong mechanical aptitude with hands‑on problem‑solving skills Proficient in reading and interpreting technical prints and schematics Capable of following written instructions accurately and efficiently Exceptional attention to detail to ensure quality and safety standards are met Skilled in reading and interpreting analog pressure gauges Additional Information Why Work Here? Hourly Rate Range : $23.00 - $28.00 with a 15% differential for 2nd shift. Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
