What You’ll Do :

• Support GAAP financial reporting, reconciliations, and quarter-end close activities
• Analyze financial data, variances, and reporting trends to support business decisions
• Coordinate audits, support internal controls, and research accounting matters
• Mentor junior team members and support future leadership responsibilities
• Identify process improvements that enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of accounting, FP&A, audit, or financial reporting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication skills with leadership potential and strong attention to detail
