**Shift Leader /Operations Leader – Toppers Pizza**

Toppers Pizza is looking fun, self motivated people to take on one of our Shift Leader Roles. In this position, you will learn to be great at the basics and learn to lead the shift on your own. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and who may be interested in advancement. The Ideal person we are looking for is fun and friendly, takes pride in their work and is eager to learn more. Full-time or Part-time with flexible schedules. We believe in good work/life balance. This position does require nights and weekends. We are open until 2:30am Sun - Thur and 3am Sat & Sun. Starting Pay dependent on your experience and how quickly you learn. Tip pooling for all inside team members paid bi-weekly.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist with daily restaurant operations

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work evenings and late nights
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
* Previous experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, assistant manager, or restaurant manager is preferred

Must be available 20 to 35 hours per week ranging from 4pm to 4am including most weekends. Shifts are usually 5-8 hours. We offer flexible schedules and value work/life balance.

As a night shift leader you will be responsible for the basic operations of the restaurant during your shifts.
Duties include efficiently making, baking and delivery of products and serving customers with a smile. You will work to maintain product and cleanliness standards, dough management, accurate inventory counts, performing end of day procedures, cash handling and following all closing procedures.
