Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team full-time. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, oversee resident care needs, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately
• Assess residents and monitor for changes in condition
• Communicate resident status updates with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff as needed
• Participate in care planning meetings and resident assessments
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and medical emergencies
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies and regulatory requirements
• Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina
• Current CPR certification
• Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements
• Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
