McGregor PACE, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, provides comprehensive in-home health care and adult day programs as an alternative to nursing home care. Serving seniors in Cuyahoga, Summit and Lorain Counties, the organization is dedicated to enabling older adults to maintain independence and quality of life. McGregor PACE offers personalized services that address the diverse health and social needs of participants. McGregor PACE is expanding! We have an opportunity available for an experienced and compassionate Registered Dietitian to work in a community-based setting in our Brooklyn location with the frail and elderly populations. McGregor PACE takes great pride in the provision of comprehensive services for frail older persons. The Dietitian provides direct participant care to program enrollees; develops and implements nutritional care plans, communicates plans, provides education to participants, family, and staff as needed, establishes a follow-up system and maintains documentation. The Dietitian works with an Interdisciplinary Team to develop plans of care that meet the participants' needs. Qualifications Registered Dietitian; licensed as a clinical dietitian in the state of Ohio Bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics, required; master’s degree, preferred Minimum of one year’s experience working with a frail or elderly population, required Experience in community-based programs and interdisciplinary care settings, desirable Current Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation, required Benefits Paid Time Off Sick Time 6 Paid Holidays Vision Basic Life Voluntary Life STD LTD 403b Retirement Plan Health Savings Account.
