In this remote, full-time role, you’ll provide clear, accurate information to members and providers while delivering a professional and compassionate customer experience. Your role in our mission This is an important position in Gainwell’s commitment to helping clients deliver better health and human services outcomes. Handle inbound calls from members and providers, delivering accurate information related to healthcare benefits, eligibility, and services. Research and resolve inquiries efficiently while following established procedures and compliance guidelines. Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in multiple systems during live calls. Meet performance expectations including quality standards, service levels, and productivity goals. Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on delivering reliable and responsive support. What we're looking for At least two (2) years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center or high-volume environment. Healthcare experience preferred (medical office, pharmacy, insurance, Medicaid/Medicare, or healthcare call center). Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple applications and dual screens simultaneously. Clear and professional communication skills with the ability to manage challenging conversations calmly. Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. What you should expect in this role Full-time remote, work from home position for candidates residing within the United States. Five weeks of paid training will be scheduled between 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 Pp.m. CST, Monday through Friday; following training, employees will work an eight-hour shift scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. Camara use is required during screening calls, interviews, and throughout the paid 5-week training program, designed to prepare you for success. Minimum hard-wired high-speed internet connection required (no Wi-Fi) with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps, plus a private, distraction-free workspace. The pay range for this position is $39,520 - $41,600 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
