We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Tech to join our team in Spokane, WA. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, specifically within a Level II Trauma Center. As an Interventional Radiology Tech, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform interventional radiology procedures under the supervision of a radiologist.
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment during procedures.
- Assist in the preparation and positioning of patients for examinations.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Participate in on-call rotations and weekend coverage as required.
Requirements:
- Must have applicable IR experience as an ARRT (VI) technologist or Cardiovascular Technologist.
- An ARRT (R) IR Technologist with scrub experience is also appropriate; (VI) preferred.
- Current WA state licensure.
- Ability to work rotating weekends and evening shifts as needed.
- On-call availability is required.
This position features a reduced non-billable orientation (NBO) of 0 hours compared to the standard 40 hours, allowing for a smoother onboarding process. The facility boasts a total of 629 staffed beds and is recognized as a teaching hospital.
