Certified Veterinary Technician

We're looking for a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) who enjoys building relationships with clients, advocating for patients, and being an essential part of a busy, high quality general practice.

Qualifications

Current Veterinary Technician license/registration/certification (CVT, LVT, or RVT as applicable)
Strong anesthesia monitoring and surgical nursing skills
Experience with venipuncture, catheter placement, laboratory procedures, and radiology
Excellent client communication and education skills
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
Positive attitude with a team first mindset

What You'll Do

Assist veterinarians with examinations, diagnostics, and treatments
Monitor anesthesia and support surgical procedures
Perform laboratory testing, sample collection, and diagnostic imaging
Administer medications and treatments as directed
Educate clients on preventative care, medications, and treatment plans
Maintain accurate medical records
Help create a positive experience for patients, clients, and fellow team members
