About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Behavioral Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 18:45 - 07:15 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 1+ years License: Valid RN license required in the state Certifications: BLS, HWC Must-Have: Psychiatric nursing experience Description: Urgent need for a Registered Nurse in Behavioral Health. Candidates must be available to start as soon as possible. Weekly orientation is provided. The facility is a 167-bed healthcare facility with a Level III Trauma Center status. Clinical staff must be checked against the Tennessee Abuse Registry before assignment start date. Psychiatric nursing experience is required for this position. Preferred experience includes geriatric psychiatric care and medical floor experience. Common diagnoses include Alzheimer's, behavioral disturbances, failure to thrive, depression, and suicidal ideation. Candidates should be team-oriented. All required certifications must be met prior to starting the position. Dress code is scrubs in any color.
