We are looking for a detail-oriented Word Processor to support the preparation and review of medical documentation. This long-term contract position is well suited for someone with strong written language skills and a background in medical scribing, transcription, or document production. The ideal candidate will bring accuracy, speed, and consistency to document formatting, spelling review, and overall quality control.

Responsibilities:
• Review medical documents carefully to ensure accuracy, consistency, and overall document quality.
• Perform spelling, grammar, and formatting checks before materials are finalized or distributed.
• Apply word processing standards to create clean, clear, and easy-to-read documents.
• Edit and organize written content so that medical documentation is clear and properly structured.
• Compose and revise correspondence and other written materials as needed in support of daily operations.
• Maintain a high level of typing accuracy while managing assigned document workloads within expected timelines.• Demonstrated experience in word processing, document editing, or related administrative writing support.
• Strong typing ability with a speed of at least 60 words per minute.
• Excellent spelling, proofreading, and written communication skills.
• Ability to format documents accurately and maintain consistent presentation standards.
• Background in medical scribing, medical transcription, or similar document-focused work is preferred.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal errors.
