Certified Surgical Technologist - CST
Seeking a qualified Certified Surgical Technologist - CST to join a surgical team a part of a large Healthcare System in South Carolina. Helping surgeons and being a part of the surgical team during complex procedures and major surgeries.
Pay: $65,777 - $97,566
Schedule: Days
Key Responsibilities:
- Positioning the patient for the procedure, dressing wounds, and transporting them to and from the operating room
- Communicating the surgeons preferences and patient needs to the surgical team, helping the surgeon apply surgical techniques, and providing intraoperative skills
- Implementing safety measures before, during and after surgery and preventing bleeding; selecting equipment, restocking supplies, and cleaning and sterilizing instruments
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
- Surgical Technologist Certification
- License to work as a Surgical Assistant
- BLS
