Network Support Engineer

Einleitung TRONTEQ GmbH ist ein deutscher Hersteller und Spezialist für robusteM12-Ethernet-Switches der Produktlinie ROQSTAR für Fahrzeuge des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs – Busse, Straßenbahnen und Stadtbahnen. Unsere Produkte sind EN-50155- und ITxPT-zertifiziert und weltweit im Einsatz. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Pre- & Aftersales Network Specialist, der unsere Kunden technisch von der Konzeptphase bis zum laufenden Betrieb begleitet. Ihre Aufgaben Support: Anfragen von Verkehrsbetrieben, Herstellern, Integratoren und Vertrieb per Ticket, E-Mail und Telefon Fehleranalyse: Netzwerkprobleme (Layer 2/3, VLAN, Multicast, Redundanz, PoE) anhand von Logs und Paketmitschnitten lösen Konfiguration: Switch-Konfigurationen erstellen, Inbetriebnahme und Abnahmetests begleiten Eskalation und RMA: Komplexe Fälle und wiederkehrende Fehlerbilder an Entwicklung und Fertigung geben, Bearbeitung von RMA Fällen Wissensaufbau: Knowledge Base, Anwendungshinweise und Demo-Setups pflegen Vertriebsunterstützung: Technische Fragen in Ausschreibungen und Angeboten beantworten, Pilotprojekte begleiten Dokumentation: Supportfälle im Ticketsystem nachvollziehbar festhalten Ihr Profil Ausbildung oder Studium in Informatik, Elektro- oder Nachrichtentechnik, alternativ vergleichbare Praxis 2+ Jahre Netzwerk-Support, sicher in Ethernet, VLAN, RSTP, IGMP und QoS Erfahrung mit Managed Switches und Wireshark Strukturiert, lösungsorientiert, kundennah Reisebereitschaft für Einsätze bei Kunden im In- und Ausland Deutsch und Englisch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau Französisch-, Spanischkenntnisse von Vorteil Von Vorteil Kentniss über Protokolle wie IEEE 802.1X, MQTT, OpenAPI Fahrzeug-IT im ÖPNV (Fahrgastinformation, Ticketing, Video) Wir bieten Verantwortung in einem spezialisierten, international wachsenden Unternehmen der ÖPNV-Branche Direkter Einfluss auf Kundenzufriedenheit und Produktqualität Kurze Entscheidungswege und ein kollegiales Team Raum für fachliche Weiterentwicklung im Bereich Netzwerktechnik für Fahrzeuganwendungen Weitere Informationen TRONTEQ GmbH Hölzlestr. 3 72768 Reutlingen #J-18808-Ljbffr TRONTEQ GmbH
