What you will do: As an essential team member at Drury Hotels, you will work on a team with other friendly customer‑focused members completing daily duties such as vacuuming, changing linens and ensuring bathrooms shine. Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members. Provide exceptional service and hospitality with a Service +1 attitude. Perform daily housekeeping tasks to keep rooms clean according to established standards. Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs. Assist guests with linens, towels, amenities or information when requested. Support the team and maintain a positive work environment. Compensation: Competitive starting hourly pay Quarterly bonuses up to $3,200 annually based on hotel results Requirements: No previous cleaning experience required.
