Critical Care Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience worked in the last 3 years.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - Penn State Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Shift/Scheduling Requirements: Every other weekend and Holiday

Floating Requirements: Floats to Hampden as needed

Unit/Facility Details: This is an ICU/PCU/Tele Float Unit

Special Requirements: No time off can be requested 9/1/2026 to 11/15/2026 due to hospital systemwide Epic implementation

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. End assignment restriction: 33 days
