This fully onsite role plays a key part in keeping priorities organized, operations running smoothly, and leadership teams supported in a dynamic environment. You will coordinate schedules, meetings, travel, communications, and operational processes while helping ensure timely follow-through on key initiatives and administrative functions. Requirements You’ll Get a Chance To Support senior firm leaders by managing calendars, scheduling, and operational priorities Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries Help drive efficient day-to-day operations across multiple service lines Partner with internal teams to coordinate meetings, communications, and firm initiatives Manage and maintain internal systems, shared resources, and operational tracking tools Support operational projects through scheduling, coordination, and follow-through Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment where organization and initiative are highly valued Build strong cross-functional relationships while supporting leadership and team success What You Bring to the Team Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, and administrative processes Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and follow through consistently Team-oriented approach with a willingness to support evolving business needs Previous administrative, operations, or coordination experience How We’ll Reward You At Aldrich, we know a great client experience starts with an exceptional employee experience. Aldrich makes internal equity a consideration in all pay decisions. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $30.00-$40.00 per hour.
