Lonnie's Bar
Lonnie's Bar is looking for an experienced, high-energy bartender to join our weekend brunch team. If you love a fast-paced brunch crowd, know your way around a mimosa flight, and can keep the bar running smoothly during our busiest shifts, we want to hear from you.
Schedule:
Saturday and Sunday availability is required. This is a weekend brunch shift role.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve brunch cocktails (mimosas, bloody marys, bellinis, etc.) and full bar drink orders with speed and consistency
- Set up and break down the bar for brunch service
- Provide friendly, attentive service to guests at the bar and in your section
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar station
- Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to keep brunch service moving
- Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Requirements:
- Prior bartending experience required (brunch/high-volume experience a plus)
- Must be available every Saturday and Sunday
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
- Friendly, upbeat personality — brunch is a vibe
- Knowledge of classic cocktails and brunch drink specials
- Valid alcohol service certification (if required in your state/city)
- Must be 18+ (or 21+, depending on local law)
