Business Process Analyst

Job Title3-5 years of ExperienceDemonstrate proficiency in BI reporting tools such as MicroStrategy, PowerBI, or Tableau.Exhibit proficiency in SQL and database development, particularly with platforms like Amazon Redshift.Understand and accurately document technical discussions and changes.Potentially explore the use of AI for documentation and process improvement.Experience in technical writing and/or technical business process analysis.Strong familiarity with Jira and Confluence.Proficiency in database technology and SQL.Experience with change management in a technical environment.Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
