Inpatient Physical Therapist (PT) | Cheraw, SC | 06/16/2025 – 09/14/2025
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No on-call | Long-term assignment
- Start Date: 06/16/2025 | End Date: 09/14/2025
- Float Option: May float to outpatient a few hours/week (optional)
- Certifications Required: SC PT License, BLS (AHA only)
- Experience Required: 2+ years (preferred)
Responsibilities Include:
- Perform evaluations and treatments per APTA standards
- Develop individualized care plans (short- and long-term goals)
- Collaborate with staff and PTAs, supervise care delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and safe, clean environment
- Attend staff meetings and assist with caseload adjustments
- Provide evidence-based, patient-centered therapy care
