Registered Nurse

Nurses will float within the designated areas to meet facility needs. Nurses will float to Med Surg, Trauma, Oncology, Heart and Vascular, Neuro, Medicine, and COVID. Some floors operate under primary nursing. The expectation is nurses will float shift to shift to all inpatient areas excluding labor and delivery. Patient ratios in MS/Tele Float are typically 1:4-6. Nurses are expected to have previous charge experience. Travel experience is required. There is no call required. Nurses must be comfortable working every other weekend. Certifications such as ACLS and BCLS are mandatory. Strong clinical skills are essential for managing complex patient needs. The environment is fast-paced and requires adaptability. The ideal candidate will be proficient in administering chemotherapy and cardiac telemetry. All nurses will have interdisciplinary support from various services.
