Local Team Collaboration:

• We take pride in our well-established team at Presbyterian Rust of 33.5 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers (APP), with the support of a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator.
\n
• Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.

• Outside of work, we come together for social events to celebrate special occasions and share common interests like food and sports.

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
\n
• We provide in-house licensing and credentialing support.
\n
• Authorized to work in the United States.
\n

\n

Scheduling:

\n

\n
• Full-time daytime Rounder will work 7 days/on-7 days/off.
\n
• This is a 12-hour shift, 7 am-7 pm.
\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Closed ICU – 10 beds.  In-house pulmonary and critical care physicians are available for support. Intensivists are there 24/7. 
\n
• Hospitalists do respond to codes, but you are notified through cross coverage about rapids for your patients.
\n
• EPIC EMR and access to Sound Physicians' internal informatics platform.
\n
• Manageable workload and manageable encounters.
\n

Rewards and Compensation:

• Shift rates:\n
  \n
  • Day shift rate is $1829.
  \n
  • Swing shift rate (10 hrs) is $1757.50.
  \n
  • Night shift rate 1 (13.5 hrs) is $2372.63.
  \n
  • Night 2 (12 hrs) is $2109.
  \n
\n
• Full-time is 182.5 shifts a year.
\n
• Additionally, you will be eligible for the RVU bonus and a quality bonus (annual).
\n
• Full Benefits include 401K and CME allowance.
