Staff Accountant

An established retail and e-commerce company is seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting activities and financial reporting. This position offers broad exposure across inventory, revenue, and operational accounting functions.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Reconcile inventory and revenue-related accounts
- Support financial statement preparation
- Analyze financial results and investigate variances
- Assist with audit requests and compliance initiatives
- Contribute to accounting process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-4 years of accounting experience
- Retail, consumer products, or e-commerce experience preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience
