Registered Nurse – Mental Health

Schedule: Nights 7p-7a

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:

• Education: 2-Year Associate's degree required
• License: Valid State RN license
• Certifications: BLS Certification required
• Experience: At least 1 year previous experience in mental health nursing required
• CPI training must be current prior to start

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all assigned areas.
• Develop and periodically update individualized, interdisciplinary plans of care.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and identify available resources for patients.
• Collaborate effectively as part of the patient care team.
• Ensure adherence to current best practices in mental health nursing.

Compliance / Notes:

• Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid.
• The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract.
