Learn more at and on LinkedIn and X.About the RoleAs a Product Quality Engineer, you will support product quality and reliability throughout the product lifecycle by driving issue resolution, quality improvement initiatives, and customer quality activities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help investigate quality concerns, analyze data, implement corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the investigation and resolution of product quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.Participate in root cause analysis and the development of corrective and preventive actions.Analyze product, manufacturing, and quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Quality teams to improve product quality and reliability.Contribute to customer quality responses, technical reports, and quality documentation.Support quality management systems, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.Assist in driving lessons learned and quality improvements into product development and manufacturing processes.Must Have SkillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.Understanding of quality engineering principles and root cause analysis methodologies.Ability to organize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and technical reporting.Preferred Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field.0-2 years of experience in quality engineering, product engineering, manufacturing, test engineering, or related technical areas.Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Analysis, FMEA, SPC, or Six Sigma.Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing, product development, reliability, testing, or quality systems through coursework, projects, internships, or work experience.Experience analyzing technical, manufacturing, or quality-related data is a plus.For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
