Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm; potential Saturdays (TBD)

Hours/Week: 40 hours guaranteed

Employment Type: Contract

Licenses/Certifications: TN RN license or Compact State license, BLS, ACLS

Experience: Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis experience, ICU dialysis experience required, proficiency with all vascular access types and Tablo Hemodialysis System

What You'll Do

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients in ICU and medical-surgical units
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after treatments
• Monitor vascular access, patient stability, and response to treatments
• Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document all patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records
• Maintain compliance with infection control and hospital policies
• Foster a compassionate, team-oriented environment

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
• Minimum of 2 years recent acute dialysis experience, ICU dialysis experience required
• Proficiency in all vascular access types and Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Current BLS & ACLS certifications
• Autonomous work capability with strong assessment skills

Preferred:

• Experience working in a hospital/acute care setting
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic clinical environment
