Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (standard office hours, some flexibility) Work Arrangement: Fully onsite Location: Caledonia, WI. Contract: 13 months Position Overview Seeking an accounting professional to support fixed asset accounting, cost analysis, inventory close, and month-end financial reporting activities. This role is heavily involved in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting close processes, and assisting with audits and reporting. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update the fixed asset subledger, including asset additions and disposals Record and reconcile capital expenditures (CapEx) to the general ledger Assist with capital project tracking and capitalization of completed projects Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and general ledger updates Calculate and analyze cost variances (purchase price, production, usage, absorption) Support monthly inventory close, including journal entries and reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issuesAssist in preparing financial statements and internal reports Support audits by gathering documentation and responding to auditor requests Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed Participate in system cleanups, process improvements, and special projects Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2–5+ years of accounting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr Planet Pharma
