Job Overview As an Applied AI Engineer – Internal Tools you will build and scale AI‑powered tools, workflows, and solutions that transform how our teams work, reducing manual effort and accelerating productivity across the enterprise. Responsibilities Identify high‑impact opportunities to turn manual processes into AI‑driven workflows that deliver measurable business value. Design, develop and deploy innovative AI‑powered tools, agents and automations to enhance productivity for HR, Finance, Operations, and Legal functions. Leverage platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and other enterprise AI tools to create scalable, business‑ready solutions. Prototype, test and refine solutions quickly based on real user feedback and adoption signals. Create reusable templates, prompts and frameworks that enable teams to scale AI usage across the organization. Empower colleagues through hands‑on training, demos and “art of the possible” sessions that unlock the full potential of AI. Qualifications Abilities: Translate business needs into practical AI solutions; build and optimize workflows, automations, and tools; analyze data and AI outputs; collaborate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams while driving adoption and continuous improvement. Experience: 3–6 years in applied AI, automation, analytics engineering or internal tools development with hands‑on experience building AI‑driven workflows, dashboards or lightweight applications and working with platforms such as ChatGPT, Copilot, APIs and structured data systems. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience. Location Hybrid work model; must be in the office 25% of the time at one of the following locations: Boston, Maitland, or Milwaukee. Compensation Position Compensation Range: $104,300.00 – $177,800.00.
