Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department position in Somerset, KY, requiring at least 2 years of ED experience and AHA certifications.

Details

• Emergency Department (ED) setting within a 295-bed acute care hospital serving an 11-county region in south central Kentucky
• Hospital offers advanced cardiac care, neurosurgery, and a Spine Center-accredited program
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active KY or Compact RN license required
• AHA certifications required prior to start
• Minimum 2 years of ED experience required
• Social Security number required for consideration
• Date of birth required for consideration
• Candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates

Additional Information

• Orientation is held weekly on Mondays
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates who are employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible
