$96,000 - $240,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home comfort consultations and present all four system options clearly so homeowners make confident, informed decisions.
• Build and manage a self-generated sales pipeline through the existing customer database, Comfort Club member list, and field referrals.
• Track and report weekly sales activity, close rate, and pipeline status to ownership.

• Experience in conducting in-home consultations, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage and grow a self-generated sales pipeline, leveraging existing customer databases and referrals.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills to track and report sales activity, close rates, and pipeline status effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with homeowners, enhancing customer relationships.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and solutions, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player, contributing to a supportive work culture.
