Job Description IGL4US is seeking energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Event Staff to support the successful execution of events throughout New York. In this role, you will work alongside a collaborative team to assist with event preparation, guest support, on-site coordination, and general event operations. Responsibilities Assist with event setup, preparation, and breakdown. Welcome guests and provide professional, friendly assistance. Help coordinate event activities and maintain organized event spaces. Provide directions and general information to attendees when needed. Support team members and event coordinators throughout each event. Monitor assigned areas to help maintain a safe and professional environment. Assist with guest check-in, registration, seating, or crowd flow when required. Respond professionally to guest questions and concerns. Help ensure event standards and company procedures are followed. Adapt to changing event needs and complete additional duties as assigned.
