Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
Assignment Details
- 13-week assignment
- Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
- 3 shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch
- 2 shifts from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch
- Tuesday through Thursday include late shifts
- Split between two outpatient clinic locations 6 miles apart
- Average caseload of 11 patients per day
