Position : Clinical Nurse – Resource Location : Various locations across IU Health facilities (Level 1 trauma centers, suburban settings, critical access centers) Description: The Clinical Nurse Resource serves as a vital member of the Indiana University Health system float pool, embodying the mission, vision, and values of IU Health. Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) required for those newly hired or promoted into the position after October 1, 2025. Requires an active Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN License. Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. 2 years of experience preferred. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. Requires incumbent to be highly adaptable, confident, and skilled in managing change. Experienced in multiple specialties or eager to broaden clinical scope required.
