Ultimate Therapy at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Cherry Hill is looking for an Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services within a skilled nursing setting. This role is ideal for clinicians who value functional outcomes and patient progress over time.

Role Overview:

Perform evaluations related to ADLs, cognition, and fine motor skills
Design goal-driven treatment plans tailored to each resident
Lead therapy sessions focused on restoring independence
Document progress and adjust care plans as needed
Partner with care teams to improve quality of life

Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist (required)
