Kinship Case Manager: Family Support Advocate

Kids Central, Inc. seeks a Kinship Case Manager to serve as primary case manager for non‑dependency kinship cases and support for dependency cases. You will conduct home visits, assess kinship families monthly, and coordinate needed services to sustain long‑term stability for children.
