Description The Opportunity The Production & Warehouse Associate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our products to both patients and sales staff. The Job Package finished medical devices for shipment by verifying product accuracy, assembling all required components, accessories, and documentation, and ensuring compliance with company quality standards. Clean warehouse accessories following company procedure. Prepare accessories and supplies for shipment in accordance with customer orders and shipping procedures. Label accessories accurately meet regulatory and company requirements. Assemble paperwork packets, including product documentation, instructions for use, and other required materials for medical device shipments. Receive and inspect inventory while maintaining accurate inventory levels. Organize warehouse inventory to ensure materials and finished goods are readily available for production and order fulfillment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production environment by following housekeeping and safety procedures. Work collaboratively with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions with a high degree of accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to learn new processes, adapt to changing priorities, and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately complete production and shipping documentation. Previous experience in a production, warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, or mailroom environment is preferred.
