Used Vehicle Sales Customer Service Representative A Ryder Vehicle Sales Customer Service Representative I is responsible for assisting our RVS customers with pre and post purchase inquiries. The Customer Service Representative I position work cross functionally across Sales, Operations and Asset Management, while applying excellent customer communication skills. This individual is responsible for inbound/outbound Retail Vehicle Sales support related calls, email, Text. An RVS Support agent will maintain ownership of customer inquiry (case) until resolution is communicated to Customer. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm Hourly Rate: $18.00/hr, if bilingual it's $19.00/hr 3 weeks of remote training, after training you will work remote Start Date: September 21, 2026 Essential Functions Responsible for a great customer experience and ensuring concerns, issues, and disputes are resolved to the customers' expectations. Execute customer communication protocol Handle all Rental sales and the sales process for inbound calls and outbound solicitation to increase leads and new customers.
