LAS Ops Process Planner I

Abbott seeks a Laboratory Automation Services Operations Process Planner I in Madison to support planning and execution of operational initiatives within service operations. The role focuses on optimizing equipment delivery processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration and project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Support fact-based decision-making on operational effectiveness and ROI of company initiatives
- Participate in departmental projects for new labs covering space planning, equipment purchases, and spare parts forecasts
- Assist project teams with work breakdown and scheduling of project tasks
- Coordinate communication updates to stakeholders and project teams on progress
- Develop workflows for service inventory requirements and support process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- 2+ years experience in manufacturing, quality, project management, or service operations
- 1+ year leading project teams or directing people without direct authority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel macros, pivot tables, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Authorization to work in United States without sponsorship
- Experience in biotech or medical device field, preferably GMP or ISO13485 environment
