Occupational Therapist Assistant

CenterWell Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to deliver compassionate, in-home rehabilitative care. In this role, you’ll implement OT care plans, helping patients maximize independence, safety, and quality of life in their home environment.
