Gwinnett Place Ford Service TechnicianGwinnett Place Ford is looking to add a proficient and efficient Senior Master or Master with the knowledge and expertise that comes with such a high achievement. A technician that can work across multiple specialties and provide a wide range of skills including complex diagnostics and quick turn around times. The Service Technician at Gwinnett Place Ford is responsible for providing high-quality automotive service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires technical proficiency and the ability to work independently and efficiently to meet customer demands while maintaining an organized schedule.Responsibilities:Ability to diagnose complex customer concerns such as can network concerns and intermittent issuesPerform routine automotive repairs and diagnosticsEnsure customer vehicles are serviced and repaired to Ford's standardsCommunicate effectively with advisors regarding service recommendations and vehicle updatesMaintain a clean and organized work environmentProvide Video Multi-Point inspections to all customersRequirements:Previous experience as an automotive technician preferredPrevious experience as a mobile service technician preferred but not requiredStrong technical knowledge and proficiency in automotive repairs and maintenanceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesMotivated self-starter with the ability to work independentlyStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkBenefits:Competitive compensation: $40.00-$70.00 per flat rate hourOpportunities for professional development and advancementHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matchPaid time off and holidaysPaid TrainingGwinnett Place Ford is a leading automotive dealership located in Duluth, Georgia.
