- 8 – 10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst with strong personal & commercial lines insurance domain experience
- 5+ years of experience on Guidewire ClaimCenter
- Strong insurance domain functional expertise and support solutioning
- Experience in Agile / Scrum projects with onsite-offshore delivery model
- Strong BA experience with the ability to drive and influence business conversations
- Hands on experience writing user stories, product model, rating and form specifications
- Excellent communication, client interfacing and documentation skills
- Preferred to have AINS certification
- Preferred to have Guidewire Certified Ace
