Help Students Find Their Voice-and Your Own

At The Stepping Stones Group , speech-language pathology is more than a job-it's a calling. We partner with schools nationwide to support students in finding their voices, building confidence, and stepping into their potential. We're currently welcoming full-time or part-time , school-based Speech-Language Pathologists to our growing team in Katy, TX - open to monolingual and bilingual candidates.

Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate ready to launch your career, you'll be supported every step of the way.

What You'll Do:

Deliver impactful, student-centered speech and language services
Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams
Create meaningful progress for children and adolescents in a school setting

What You Bring:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP through ASHA (or in progress)
- Active or eligible state licensure
- A passion for helping students succeed
- Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
