Day Habilitation Specialist

Description

As a Day Habilitation Specialist, you'll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building daily living skills, increasing independence and gaining confidence through structured, personalized support.

In this role, you'll work closely with each person's goals- leading skill-building activities, encouraging community involvement and helping create a safe positive environment where progress is real and measurable. Minimum Requirements


Minimum Education : High School diploma or GED


Preferences: Bilingual. Six (6) months of health and human services direct care experience


Defined Experience: Health and Human Services field


License/Certifications: Valid Texas Driver's license
