Our growth requires us to find qualified candidates to fill our Maintenance Technician position.

Candidate should possess a familiarity with hydraulic, plumbing and electrical systems, working knowledge of lathes, molding machines, air compressors, furnaces and hoists with the ability to troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment. Machining experience on a manual lathe, surface grinder, and milling machine preferred but not required. Some electrical experience helpful, but not required.

An ability to read blueprints and electrical schematic diagrams and ability to weld and use a cutting torch is paramount.

Responsibilities

• Regular inspection of all electrical and power units in the facility
• Detect malfunctions of electrical units and repair as needed
• Maintain a record of service cycles and other maintenance activities conducted
• Efficiently manage time and complete all tasks assigned by the supervisor
• Report damages, defects and other issues pertaining to electrical units to the supervisor
• Place orders for spare and replacement parts and completing all necessary documentation
• Appropriately use and handle all electrical repair and testing tools and equipment
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
