Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN – Georgia

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Fast-paced environment with holiday coverage expected; floating to other units based on competency and facility needs

Highlights:

• 28-bed Inpatient Observation Unit located near the Emergency Department
• Dynamic case mix including medical patients, trauma overflow, and ED holds
• Variable patient acuity ranging from lower to higher complexity cases

• Cross-training and floating opportunities to expand clinical skills
• Contract assignment with defined start date

Requirements:

• Current Georgia RN license or eligibility for compact state licensure
• Minimum 2 years of recent Progressive Care Unit or similar specialty experience in an acute care setting
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification preferred
• Complete demographic information and professional badge photo required for credentialing
• Ability and willingness to float to other units based on competency
