Job Description

* Manage multifamily, hospitality, and townhome construction projects from start to finish

* Oversee project financials, cost reporting, pay applications, and budget performance

* Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, reporting, and workflows

* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to maintain schedules

* Ensure quality, safety, and operational excellence throughout project execution

The Successful Applicant

Proven Project Manager experience with a general contractor or developer

* Strong proficiency with Procore and construction project financial management

* Experience delivering multifamily, hospitality, or residential community projects

* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project performance

* Degree preferred but not required, with a strong track record of successful delivery
