Assistant Manager

Role Overview: The Assistant Manager oversees daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest experiences and adherence to standards. They manage team performance through coaching, training, and scheduling, while maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities Complete training programs including management and food safety certifications Enhance guest satisfaction by motivating and developing team members Create work schedules, delegate shift duties, and communicate expectations Supervise, coach, and mentor staff to achieve performance and quarterly goals Maintain service quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards Address guest and team concerns promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and legal regulations Utilize management tools and maintain accurate recordsSupport a positive team culture through recognition and leadership Qualifications & Skills Must be 18+, with a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation Open availability, flexible schedule, and the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays 1-3 years of management experience; restaurant management preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and working with restaurant equipment Effective communication and observational skills Additional Details: The role requires a proactive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to safety and quality standards, contributing to a dynamic and positive work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
