Schedule options include full-time, part-time, per diem, and flexible hours.

Compensation details include an annual earning potential of over $1M, a negotiable compensation structure, malpractice insurance, health/dental/vision insurance, a paid time off package, CME allowance, 401k with match, and details that are negotiable with W2 and 1099 options.

The position is located in Phoenix, Arizona, in the Biltmore area.

This private practice features a team of skilled orthopedic physicians who specialize in conditions ranging from whiplash to bone spurs to back and neck pain. They take a conservative, consultative approach offering treatment plans tailored to each individual patient. They are experts in neck and spine, knee, shoulder, arm and elbow, hand and wrist, hip, leg, and ankle and foot.

The new spine surgeon will see patients in an established office and surgery center in Phoenix, performing both orthopedic spine surgeries and interventional pain procedures. Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Consult with patients to determine appropriate courses of treatment
• Perform necessary surgical procedures in the treatment of injuries or symptoms
• Perform interventional pain procedures in the treatment of injuries or symptoms
• Examine patients while ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests
• Obtain information on medical conditions to determine diagnosis
• Provide consultation and comprehensive management of patients
• Monitor patients' conditions and progress
• Reevaluate patients' conditions and progress as necessary
• Support appropriate referrals

Requirements include an Arizona medical license, DEA, board certified or eligible in orthopedic surgery, fellowship in spine surgery, and the ability to do interventional pain procedures.
