Early Childhood Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Eaton Rapids, Michigan Company: SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health Company Job Type: Part-Time (approx 20-25 hours/week) Location: In-Person - Eaton Rapids | Charlotte | Bellevue Pay: $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience) Schedule Options (any Or All) Mon/Weds: 9:00am - 12:00pm Mon/Weds/Fri: 12:30pm - 3:30pm Tues/Thurs: 4:00pm - 7:00pm Who We Are We're a small, BCBA-owned ABA practice focused on play-based, naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. No table drills - just meaningful skill-building through play in homes, schools, and communities. We're growing intentionally, and we need playful, patient, and observant people to join our team. What You'll Do Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools) Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors Build genuine relationships with kids and families Requirements Reliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time 40-hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date) Previous experience working with children Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids What We Offer $20-23/hour (higher pay for certified RBTs) Paid training time We cover your RBT exam and application fees Mileage reimbursement Supportive BCBA supervision toward certification Ongoing professional development and mentorship Small team environment where your voice matters Bonus Points For Experience with neurodivergent children (autism, ADHD) Knowledge of behavior management strategies Bilingual skills Diversity & Inclusion SenseSational Learning Group is committed to building a diverse, neurodiversity-affirming team.
