What You'll Be Doing: As a Line Cook at Tail-gator's, you’ll play a key role in delivering delicious meals to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and standards.
- Ensuring food is cooked to perfection and presented beautifully.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Assisting with food prep, inventory, and restocking as needed.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
- Following health and safety guidelines to uphold our high standards of quality.
