Required Background and Skills:

• Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to conduct thorough evaluations and implement effective therapy plans
• Outstanding interpersonal and collaborative abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language assessments, both individually and as part of multidisciplinary teams
• Create and manage individualized IEP goals and documentation for students on your caseload
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support students’ needs in and out of the classroom
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and state requirements, ensuring compliance and progress tracking
• Offer expert communication strategies and support to classroom teachers
